We've used GSRA twice. Both times we had prompt, courteous, professional service. The one time we had to be towed, GSRA covered the towing cost and took us to an outstanding mechanic, who stayed after hours to fix our coach. Like mmccray100, we were allowed to stay in our coach on the mechanic's lot, and they even gave us a key to the lock on the gate for the lot so we could come and go as we pleased. I'm a fan of GSRA.
