Phoenix Rally 2015

Many of us attended the Rally in 2012. Almost everyone had a great time except the parking issues that come with a first ever rally. Fast forward to 2015 and Good Sam figured out the parking problems and everything went pretty smoothly to get everyone settled. From there it seemed everything else went downhill. The tent was IMO a disaster. Not enough quality vendors, too many campground shucksters, very few repair vendors, the seminars were more sales pitch than informative and most of the entertainment was an epic fail.

I encouraged several friends to attend with us and quite frankly, I was embarrassed. I think Good Sam should be too. If this had been my first rally, it would have been my last. I've talked to many people who attended and they felt as I do.

I would like to hear from Good Sam and/or Marcus about what steps GS is taking to prevent another disappointment. I realize the dates had to be changed and GS had no say in that. NASCAR rules...but c'mon..you guys could have done a much better job. Even Marcus skipped this event....Dennis

Maybe Marcus can have somebody from his management issue resolution team contact you to discuss. That seems to be the standard answer to anything GS/CW here. It would be much nicer if Marcus personally answered your disappointment here for all to see.
