They did it again! I had to use their service few weeks ago. This was just my truck and this occurred in Austin. I had to wait by the truck for almost 2 hours. There are many tow trucks, but I had to wait 2 hours just for that one tow truck?! On top of that, I have to stay with it. I could not leave the truck and let the tow truck get it. Grr. Seems like I should change to triple AAA.
