Platinum Plus Renewal

On November 3, 2014 I ordered a renewal of my Platinum Plus coverage using 15,000 points from my Good Sam Camping World credit card bonus benefits. The order number is 91947289. As of this date I have not received my renewal cards.

I did call the help line for the program but was put on hold as the operator did not know who I should talk to to get information on my order.

I hope someone from Marcus's action team can help me out.

    Hello michael8rc,
    Thank you for your post about your roadside assistance membership concerns. I was able to locate your membership and do see that your Platinum + Roadside was renewed on 11/13/2014 and your Roadside membership is valid until Feb of 2016. I am emailing you a validation letter to your email on file with us showing your membership status. Your cards can take up to 4 weeks to arrive and that could be why you have not received the cards as of yet. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
