I can speak for AAA as friends of ours had it and it was basically worthless. When their Class C broke down and AAA left them hanging they called me. A few calls later and a truck was on the way. AAA could have done the same, much like how GS dropped the ball on this one.
We buy these services not only to help take the $$$ sting out of the bill, but just as much for the one call resolution promise when we break down. Being disabled on the side of the road is stressful enough without needing to hunt down a tow service as well.
IMO GS failed miserably and totally let their customer down. This boarders on being unforgivable and as a service provider should be fired.
Somehow I think if it was Marcus who called in the same situation they would have found a tow truck.
