Take a read through
the brochure, no where does it say they have the option to leave you hanging. It does mention if Law Enforcement calls you may or may not get your money back - but will they since the OP was towed the next day??? The brochure clearly points out you can only get towed once per breakdown. So does paying for the non-tow then doing the tow the next day count as 2 claims? Who knows...
After reading through the brochure and knowing the area the OP was in, it seems GSRA is pretty inept at doing what they advertise.
They say; "HOW TO GET HELP IN AN EMERGENCY IT’S EASY AS A, B, C", apparently if S,U,N,D,A, & Y come in to play A, B, & C are out to lunch.
