I wrote GSERS in June of 2014: "Can we get towed two times for the same breakdown ?" Can't pull this up looking for my old posts. Only goes back about one year....
I had asked about being towed to the nearest service center, willing and able to fix the vehicle...As we have the Allison 1000..... and if the tow truck dropped us off at the repair shop recommended by GSERS....and it turns out they are NOT qualified to work on the Allison trans....than YES said Frank Stofa, you can get another tow to the Allison qualified repair shop....at no extra cost.
Can GS resurrect my email of June, 2014 ?
