Hello Noel,

Good Sam Roadside will cover the service call and mileage it takes to get out to you for the Mobile Mechanic, but the member is responsible for the parts/labor/return trip. To your point, if the Mobile Mechanic is unable to get the vehicle repaired, then Good Sam will take care of the tow for you once you let dispatch know that the Mobile Mechanic was unsuccessful.
