I completely agree!!! and LOVE your description.
Sometimes I wonder if I belong to a seniors club instead of a camping organization. I wonder if the members that are of age to carry AARP cards remember what the organization did to support them when they young families and joined the club. Then realize that the organization needs to change to support the young families who are camping today. If Good Sam does not change to support today's families they will not last until my kids are ready to buy their first RV.
I sure hope someone at corporate reads this and actually does something about it.
