Just saying, my AAA guys have always gone the extra mile for me and have always been courteous. Sometimes the towing company was iffy but when you're out in the middle of nowhere you have to take what's available. This could have at least been fully presented to the traveler while the issue was in progress even if no other options were available. Sometimes it just the unexpected surprises that make the situation so onerous.
