I have the feeling that some of GS response is funneled to another company on a first priority basis, then they assign the response. In one of the phone calls a name was mentioned like: National Assistance, or similar. We weren't 20 minutes from Bernalillo and thus Albuquerque.
Yes, the first GS rep named Rita in Atlanta was a dud. She was laughing her butt off because she couldn't pronounce the Spanish names of towns and roads. Acted like she was stoned.
It's all good. Just got off the phone with State Farm and filed a claim. Appointment made at my RV shop. Damage wasn't too bad. Plastic fender flew off and the bottom trim on the slide was bent under. Could have been worse. State Farm will even reimburse me for the tire. A 215/75r 17.5 Hercules steel cased from Discount Tire. It was a Sailun that blew out. Build date 42/16.
