Positive Service Experience in Nashville
Stopped at Cracker Barrel in Nashville for breakfast Friday morning (found it had no RV friendly parking!) Maneuvered into parking lot next door but engine would not re-start when we decided to look elsewhere.
Called our Good Sam Roadside Assistance who hooked us up with Road Ready Repair (a local mobile RV repair outfit) which arrived within an hour, quickly (and correctly)diagnosed the problem to be a failed starter solenoid. The technician located the needed part (this is for a 1990 Ford F53 stripped chassis - 24 years old now!) went and got it, installed it, and got us back on our way.
Good to know there are still competent, friendly, knowledgeable service people out there.
