Praise for Good Sam Roadside Assistance

July 27 we left home in N.C. Iowa, we got to the entrance to the Badlands N.P. in South Dakota and the engine in our motorhome suddenly died. I called GS for assistance and we were towed 70 miles to Rapid City to an RV service center. The mechanic there checked the computer and found nothing. He then found a blown fuse and test drove the motorhome. In the end he found nothing further and sent us on our way. Two days later we were about 10 miles south of Kalispell, Mt. and the fuse blew again, I replaced it and it continued to blow so I again called for roadside assistance. The operator was very helpful and arranged for a tow again but said I would have to pay for this tow because it was a pre existing condition. I complained that the service center they chose in Rapid City did not correct the problem and she said I would have to pay but I could apply for reimbursement. I just received the check in the mail for the second tow. I have nothing but praise for Good Sam Roadside assistance. The operators were very pleasant and helpful and kept us informed as to when the tow trucks would come as well as where we would be towed etc. The problem turned out to be the in tank fuel pump.
Thank you Good Sam for the great service!
