Curious as to the problem found causing the first incident and the problem found prompting the second tow........?
Noel, The problem was not found the first time and the same thing was wrong the second time. It was the in tank fuel pump that caused the fuse to blow both times. The first time it was taken to an RV repair shop, the second time it was taken to a Chevrolet dealer. Cost to replace the fuel pump was $1665 but that fixed it and it ran good all the way home (approximately 1300 miles). The cost of no diagnosis at the first shop was $100. It was a difficult problem to diagnose as it would only occur after the RV was driven for an extended time and it started getting worse by the second time it quit. I am not mad at the first RV repair place as I think they did the best they were equipped to do. The second time I requested a Chevrolet shop because I felt they were better equipped to diagnose the problem.
