PRAISE on ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

I would like to extend huge PRAISE for the moderator inside this forum for contacting us regarding a much need tow on a Sunday!!
I can't thank him enough for offering the reimbursement of a $1400.00 tow that fell into our laps on a stranded Sunday. As mush as I would like to give him acknowledgement, it's not my place to give out names. I hope he see this. GOOD SAM definitely reassured the faith that their roadside assistance program follows you. THANKYOU!!!!

    Thanks for the update. They did the right thing and deserve praise for that.

    Hopefully for the rest of us members they will get some of these problems under control so some of us don;t have the same problems.

    However it does beg the question, did the big response in this forum have an effect on their decision.

    Thanks for the update. A few years ago I got hung up on the concrete post that guards a gas pump. ERS did not want to send a tow truck unless police and fire were on the scene. I called a local outfit and they pulled me free...no police or fire departments needed.

    I later asked ERS for reimbursement....and they came through.... with no hassle.

    X1, after having Good Sam RSA service for 27yrs. I would not RV without it. I want to enjoy my RV experiences without worrying about been being broke down along the side of the road:)
