None of us are stating that "No" info is to be given out. We all understand that some must be used to verify. The reduced amount of info provided is a very good start.
To further the point that this is not just an ID theft issue, please remember that there have been rings of theft related to such available info, allowing those rings to know when a person plans to be away from their residence.
Thank you for reviewing the policy and eliminating street address. That is a great start. You could replace all PII with a codeword field, which I control, that allows me to verify upon reserving a slot, further reducing PII being released.
