Privacy issues with Good Sam Club

Link doesn't work, but I went to their privacy page and it specifically states they collect name, address, phone number and email address and another clause states they provide that information to third party providers of services, which I would assume would be Good Sam parks. I know that if we want to look up a Good Sam account Number (which we require in order for the member to receive the 10% discount) can look up that number by either phone number or a combination of last name and zip code. I can see where it would be easy, and perhaps even beneficial to enter the phone number in the Good Sam system when someone calls or comes in to make a reservation since we would have their information available to cut and paste into the reservation request. It would save some time making the reservation since the guest wouldn't have to spell out the street address, spell out the town name and the Good Sam number would be right there so they wouldn't have to get out their Good Sam card to complete the reservation. The only problem I could see doing things that way, and the reason why we don't do it, is you have to access Good Sam through the internet and we do not allow any internet connections beyond the connection to our credit card processor on any of our registration computers. That precaution is actually required to be fully PCI compliant, though I doubt many merchants actually enforce it 100%.
