Perhaps a little off topic but whenever we sign up for anything - clubs, magazines, etc. or order anything via the internet, we always specify "do not put us on any mailing list and don't sell our name to others". Surprisingly, this works. In 16 years of full-timing we never received any junk mail or unwanted catalogs or credit card applications. This included Good Sam. It can be done!
