Problem with Pilot/Flying J Discount
Hi. We are GS Deluxe Members. We bought gas at the Pilot station in Clear Lake, IA on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at approximately 8:30am. 87-octane regular was advertised at $2.29 per gallon. at pump #3 I swiped our payment card and then the GS Pilot/FJ discount card and then pumped 12.540 gallons of 87-octane. when I received the pump receipt I saw that there was no discount. the store attendant knew nothing about the discount program.
why did I not receive the $.05 per gallon discount and how can I go about obtaining it?
