Purchased rv & roadside svc plan couple months ago - no info

Hey all,

I purchased an rv a couple months ago and I have not received any info regarding the roadside service plan (cards, paperwork, etc.). Is this normal? I did receive my GS membership card however...

  • Thank you for the post Biggyniner. I apologize for the confusion regarding your roadside assistance. There are two options that will assist in getting clarity on this, you can send me a private message with your Good Sam and contact information or call member services at 800-842-5351.   • It was a used rv.. I bought two years.. I might need to give them a call.
  • If you buy a new RV most dealers give you 1 year free road service which I suspect is paid for by the manufacturer. If you bought through CW call them. Also check with manufacturer of RV. GS is very very slow if you bought a policy. However they do work faster if you call them on the phone. Some dealers try to squeeze buyers into buying roadside service even though they know the RV is covered for a year.
  • Are you referring to that you purchased through CW? If roadside was included I n the purchase, you might need to check with the dealer to make sure they entered you in for it.
  • The Roadside Servive Plan is sperate plan, and you need to get in touch with Good Sams and apply for it. Or, just set back and watch your mail box, you'll be getting alot of mail from them, beleive me.
