A similar thing happened to me with Good Sam. I had a flat tire on my car trailer and GS wouldn't send anyone out to change the tire because it wasn't a "camp" trailer. I guess it was my fault for not checking to see that only a "specific" type of trailer tire is covered.
I have since found out that it would cost me $159 to have the plan that includes any kind of trailer. Coach-Net includes all trailers for $139, so I will now be switching to Coach-Net. I have been reading many more positive reviews about Coach-Net compared to GS anyway.
