Not really. He can just contact his CC company and tell them he didn't get what he paid for and have the charges removed.

Maybe I missed the magic of a phone? The person at Good Sam needs to be on the computer to make the transaction happen! How would a phone to there head make a computer transaction any easier? I believe calling them and getting upset with some one else would make matters worse? Good Sam has a full page web site just for Road Side Assistance you can compare coverages, choose your plan and sign up right there on the site! No where does it say I needed to CALL to complete transaction.. Magical Good Sam provides a place where I can PAY using my Credit Card,,Applied and PAID for right there on the site,, Was actually easy,,,,,,,,,So I thought!! I even downloaded the FREE app to my phone so I could just request service With Out having to dial 1-800-------,,Sounded wonderfully Magical!!!
So,, to summarize my thought on that,,,,,,1-800 Walk the operator thru how to sign me up wasn't what I was looking for!! Moving on!
So there was a glitch in a system somewhere, happens every once in a while. I guess you can't cancel the charge with your CC Company over the internet so you have to call. Either way it is a phone call, no sure why 3 days later you have not called either one to fix the issue. On your other thread about 6 hours ago they asked you to send them a PM, not call them to fix it. That is even easier than a phone call.
Yep well,, Three days later and NO reply to my PM's,,, Calling an operator at GS isn't going to FIX it,, oh just a glitch like a blink on the TV,, Well SOME ONE had my Credit Card number AND Good Sam HAD NO record of that?? Whew,, glad I didn't sweat that one, Easy for you sit in your computer chair and TELL ME what I should and Shouldn't do.... Give me your CC number and I will try it again with GS,,hope they work that glitch out!!! PS,,Good Sam has all of my information with Daytime phone number,,,, Not a peep as of yet!!
