My point on "another phone call" is that you will not simply call them to get it straight, yet you will call your credit card company to cancel or make sure it doesn't go through. And then on top of that, you spend the time on here complaining about it several times, where that time could of been spent of getting it corrected. Mistakes are made. Heaven forbid if people make mistakes. No one is perfect.
