In my opinion, if these people are still advertising as a GS service location, and GS doesn't authorize said representation, Its a no brainer ground ball for GS to get them to remove any reference to being authorized.
Couple years back, a local wrecker company had all the Walt Disney characters on their wreckers, citing the image of 'customer friendly', "cleanliness', and so forth. This was no big franchise towing outfit. Disney jumped all over them for copyright infringement, and they were forced to remove any reference on their vehicles.
