I had purchased some towing mirrors from Camping World that left stains on my painted mirrors. The response team replied quickly back in June. As of yet they haven't said yes or no on any assistance to have my mirrors repainted. As you said it was probably swept under the rug. Other than that they have been helpful in the past when I had my rv repaired.
