I'm waiting to be kicked off the forums for exposing the LIES the Marcus Rapid Response Team told about Orlando Emergency Roadside Assistance.
What it boils down to is the Marcus Rapid Response Team FAILED their cutsomers.
Think about this. How many other of their customers have been ripped off by Orlando Emergency Roadside Service while representing GSRA? How many others have been taken advantage of this way? Instead of patronizing thier customers, The Rapid Response Team should have followed through and eliminated Orlando Emergency Roadside Service from their provider base.
We all depend on GSRA to send us service people that we can depend on to get us on the road again. We depend on them to insure the people they send to us are honest and not out to rip us off.
How can any of us feel safe and trust anyone GSRA sends to our RV when we are in a situation where we need help?
I personally believed that The Marcus Rapid Respose Team and Good Sam had, in fact, discontinued using the Orlando crooks when they told me that in writing. Instead they simply lied and patronized me and sent the Orlando crooks out to rip off more of their customers.
I accept the fact that GSRA/Allstate and the Marcus Rapid Response Team will more than likely delete this post and BAN me from these forums for exposing their LIES. I understand they got caught with their pants down to their ankles. I don't appreciate being LIED TO by them in such a blatant fashion.
How can anyone trust GSRA when they continue to send out providers like Orlando Roadside Service that are scam artists who threaten (in writing) to have GS customers arrested and charged with felony crimes if they object to paying a bill? GSRA said, in writing, they were done with this Orlando company. Then they sent them out to victomize another customer.
