This is just a curiosity type of question. If someone pays a bill with a credit card fully intending to dispute the charges with the credit card company, does that constitute any kind of fraud? I wonder if this kinda thing happens out there and if some companies get their backs up in advance fearing this kind of thing. Just curious.
