Have any of you accusing GS of lying ever been in a business involving multiple contracts? GS contracts to a service provider who in turn contracts with towing and repair companies. Contracts I've been involved with have cancellation by either party with a 30 day notification. It's possible GS could not break the business arrangement as quickly as they liked. Things move slow in a large business. In any case the accusation of lying is not called for.
I agree. There are three sides to this, and every other story:
1.From the OP's perspective. 2. From Good Sams perspective 3. The cold hard facts.
Calling someone a liar is a pretty strong word for this situation, and only detracts from the OP's credibility.
The "cold hard facts" are backed up by emails from all parties. GSRA Rapid Response team sent out an email.....see below:

FYI
Orlando emergency road service has been deactivated for future use
Thank you,
Tony
Allstate Roadside Service
" Has been deactivated" is a clear statement. GSRA doesn't say they will deactivate in 30-60-or 90 days. Key word..HAS BEEN, as in already accoumpolished.
Now, to continue to send these scammers to prey on other Good Sam Customers goes against what they previously stated in their email.
So, is GSRA statement that the have been DEACTIVATED the truth or a lie?
