But the E-mail is signed from Allstate Road services. Not GSRA. Allstate provides to GSRA a list of approved providers for a fee. And that is the list they (GSRA) go off when a call comes in. So either Allstate did not remove Orlando from the list, Or they have not sent an updated list to GSRA. Or Tony at Allstate lied
