Seems like your beef is more with Allstate, And FYI I am not a fan of either one
The guy from Allstate (Tony) works in same office as the GSRA folks do, according to him in another email. The Rep from the Marcus RRT also confirmed they had stopped using Orlando ERRS nationwide. This isn't a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. It's a case of just plain lies and patronizing GSRA customers.
