Then I contacted the dispatcher at Orlando ERS when I got the email from Paypal that he charged my card. I emailed the dispatche and explained I did not authorize that payment for work not done. He emailed me back and said if I protested he would have me arrested and charges with a felony. YES< I HAVE THAT EMAIL and many more even worse.
GS paid the tech to drive out and back to his shop. I'm not suppose to pay him to drive back and forth as well.
Now, that's how he got my credit card information. MY BAD, but I still did not authorize it.
He was blowing smoke. Filing a dispute with the credit card company would have required them to prove that they provided a service for the charge which they could not have done.
As far as GS lying to you, that is another matter. As others have said, getting everyone on the same page at a large corporation is very difficult. Does not make it right but it happens.
