The folks at GSRRT weren't the ones to respond to the service call. Orlando ERS did. They are the ones that used such tactics, not GRRA. That I agree with 100%. However, to satisfy me, the customer, I was told, in writing, they were no longer doing business with Orlando ERS due to the threats, etc.
I took what the Marcus Team told me to be true. Then I find out over a month later that another customer posted a new thread on here and had the same problem with Orlando ERS as I did. So obvioulsy NOTHING was done by the Marcus Team to correct the problem. They told me what I wanted to hear and moved on with business as usual.
During my whole dealings with the Marcus Team I stressed that I never wanted what happened to me to happen to another GS customer that was stranded with a breakdown. That was my main concern. Obviously that fell on deaf ears as it has happened again.
Why would the Marcus Team tell me they ended their relationship with Orlando ERS when they didn't? Sounds like deception to me.
