Regarding the original post, we at Good Sam have spent much of the day revisiting the time line of Orlando Emergency Roadside Service participation in our Service Provider Network, and we will post here as soon as we have gathered all facts pertaining to this issue.

I would think that patience on our part is in order as Frank has publically stated that we would be informed as soon as they had "gathered all facts pertaining to this issue."
I think that is very reasonable, as a rush to judgment would also be bad. No doubt as the OP has stated something is rotten. I would like to know what all the facts are involving everyone involved in this issue, i.e. Good Sam, Allstate, Orlando Emergency Roadside Service, and PortWenthworthSam.
We shall know the truth and the truth will set us free from our fear of the same thing happening to us..
