PortWentworthSam, thank you again for communicating through RV.net; we value your input.
Following-up my post of yesterday afternoon, we did deactivate the service provider, Orlando Emergency Roadside Service. We have since learned that the service provider operated under more than one business identity. We have targeted all related businesses and will have all deactivated by close of business today.
We regret that when we first addressed this issue that we did not address the full scope of the problem. We are disappointed that we dropped the ball.
I responded to a post yesterday with the following: Our commitment to you, a Good Sam Roadside Assistance Member, is to respond to your need for roadside assistance and ensure that you receive the highest quality service, from beginning to end. As the Member Benefit Brochure explains, if there is a problem with the service, call us back, and we will make it right. If we stumble on that objective, we will make it right.
We continue to operate focusing on this commitment.
