"Then I contacted the dispatcher at Orlando ERS when I got the email from Paypal that he charged my card. I emailed the dispatche and explained I did not authorize that payment for work not done. He emailed me back and said if I protested he would have me arrested and charges with a felony. YES< I HAVE THAT EMAIL and many more even worse."
If this is a fact then in my opinion some laws have been broken NOT BY GS but by the tow service. If you wish to pursue this then you have 60 days from date of statement (Credit Card Co.) to dispute with the credit card company. Then to follow up with the Federal or Florida State officials or offices that handle strong arm type of tactics to intimidate you to get money. The emails are the proof that they will need.
