Nothing has been PROVEN to me by GSRA at all. Why should I trust what the Marcus RRT says on here after what they wrote in their emails to me?
GSRARRT stated they were no longer using Orlando ERS. Then another poster started a thread a month later that went through the same experience I had gone through with the same company, Orlando ERS. So, if The Marcus Team says says they aren't doing business with Orlando ERS and continue to do so anyway I am the bad guy?
Why should I believe the Marcus Team now when what they told me in July was not the truth?
Why should I believe their explination they posted here when nobody from the Marcus Team has called me and talked to me about it? They have my pnone number? They never PM'd me or anything. They didn't respond to my emails either.
nobody on here knows what I went through with these people at Orlando ERS. I had just gotten out of the hospital after having a heart attack and had to have my son come to Orlando and get my motorhome while I was flown back to Georgia. The threats of being arrested on felony charges and all were uncalled for and certainly didn't aid in my recovery. So forgive me if I am bitter. Forgive me for not trusting the Marcus Team after they told me they were done with Orlando ERS and yet they continued to send them out on service calls using the same tactics with Good Sam customers. Forgive me for believing I was "IN GOOD HANDS" with Allstate. Forgive me for trusing that GSRA veted companies they use for service calls to insure their customers are not subjected to the threats and bully tactics Orlando ERS uses on Good Sam Customers.
Why should I be called out and told I need to give the Marcus Team a public apology for telling me one thing and finding out what they told me wasn't the truth? I trusted them.
Bottom line here is there is an end to this story. You have 2 Good Sam customers that don't even know each other have extremely bad experiences (horrific) with Orlando ERS. One (me) brings it to the attention of the Marcus Team and was told they would not longer use Orlando ERS. Then a month later another post emerges on these forums complaining about the service they got from Orlando ERS. That would be 2 seperate events in as many months from 2 different Good Sam Customers. The second poster names "Orlando ERS" in their post as the culprit. The Marcus Team responds that they did, in fact, stop using Orlando ERS back in July. The claim Orlando ERS came back under a different company name. I could buy that...However, back to the second poster that said Orlando ERS was the company he/she was dealing with and was ripped off by.
So who is blowing smoke?
If, in fact, what the Marcus Team said was true then the people who showed up to service the second poster's m/h a month later would not have the same company name "Orlando ERS", now would they?
The good thing is MAYBE the Orlando ERS and any of their companies ill actually be ousted as service providers for GS customers. The proof will be when there are no more GS customers coming on here complaining about Orlando ERS.
