sorry you feel this upset about something that should not have happened. But you should have known your rights as a consumer also, 1. calling the credit card company and disputing charge would never be a felony, its a civil matter. if your sons name is not associated with that card than he had no rights signing for the charges. regardless of what was on the truck or what the invoice said for the second poster here an entirely different name may have been dispatched, Do I believe everything GS says hers, no, but than I do not believe you have posted the entire accounting either. So continue to beat a dead horse or become one of the members that only post here to bash CW and GS, your choice
Bob,
Well, I'm not ready to sing the "Praise the Marcus Team" hymn yet nor will I drink the "Kool Aid".
When I have proof of what The Marcus Team said is in fact true I will rethink my position.
You missed the ENTIRE point of this thread. It was intented to show that The Marcus Team failed to follow through with their initial statement that they were NO LONGER using Orlando ERS when in FACT they were. That caused a second GS customer to experience the same scamming that I had experienced.
What Orlando ERS did to me was horrific. Yet GS sent them back out to prey on another of their customers. WHY?
I certainly don't have to convince you of anything. The Marcus Team has had all the emails containing the threats. They know and knew before they allowed their staff to send this service provider out again what type of company they are. Their choice to do that.
You can sit back and judge me for what happened if you like. You weren't involved in the transaction at any level. The Marcus Team was involved. They failed misserably. Sorry, but that is the truth.
