Hopefully The Markus Team will take care of this company that likes to scam GS's customers. That has always been my goal from July. You assume they are fixing it because they said so. I seem to recall an email I got back in July that said the same thing.
If they had fixed the problem the other OP would never have had to go through the same******I did with the exact same company.
Anyhow, the other OP is now completely satisfied with the outcome using the material I emailed them. That is the best news to come out of this entire thread. They were made whole by GS. For that I thank Good Sam for taking care of the other OP.
If this thread woke The Rapid Response Team up to a serious problem they had with a company they used to service their customers then it was worth it. Call me names, jump on my a$$ all you want if it makes you feel better. The bottom line is this thread woke some folks up at GSRA. Let's just all hope they follow through and get rid of these scammers completely.
