Are you sure they did not remove the Florida location back in July ? As they said they had?
It appears this outfit was operating under different names in different states.
As GSRA buys their provider list from Allstate, It sounds like it took them a while to figure the above out.
Any decent business does not want crooks for vendors, Sounds to me like GSRA was taken in just like you.
And again are you sure they did not remove the FL location in July? and just did not make the connection to this outfits other names and locations? Depending on how GSRA's data base is set up removing a vendor under multiple names and locations, may just not pop up on the first screen. And may require a bit of digging. To give them the benefit of doubt, if they did remove the FL location in July, it may not have occurred to them to search for other locations and business names for this outfit.
