For what it's worth..... I don't think having to pay for someone to come out is all that unusual with GSRA. I've had GSRA for at least 25 years and have used them for assistance about 6 times. In at least half of those times, I have been required by the provider to pay via credit card for them coming out. The only value added GSRA provided me was assisting in locating someone to come out. Other than that, I always presume the entire bill will be mine to pay.
