It is less expensive for GSRA to send a mobile mechanic to the disabled vehicle and have the customer pay for the roadside repair than it is to tow your vehicle and RV. They are going to do what works best for GSRA. Sometimes the Mobil mechanic works. Most often I'd bet it doesn't.
Are you still responsible for the Mobil mechanics time if he can not get you going and indeed you do need to be towed?
