Ratings on the people you send for Roadside Assistance

Wondering if you have ratings on the people you send for Roadside Assistance, and if you don't, you should ! the person you sent to us damaged more than he fixed... maybe to the point of driving me...

The Op,s idea is a good one. A rating of providers after the service is performed MIGHT find problems while still minor.
