The problem is, you get whoever they send. I guess you could reference the ratings to see how much oversight is warranted during the repair visit.
I think that if a "repair tech" showed up and asked to borrow my tools, I would be flummoxed too!
The one part of the OP I found confusing was how they were asking about help sent through "Roadside Assistance" vice the "Extended Service Plan".
