Ratings on the people you send for Roadside Assistance

Wondering if you have ratings on the people you send for Roadside Assistance, and if you don't, you should ! the person you sent to us damaged more than he fixed... maybe to the point of driving me...

Not sure if I'm flumuxxed?!? :)

Guess I just put it in the wrong sub forum or somebody moved it --- sorry to confuse us because I was concerned when I came back today and couldn't find it in the RA forum either :)

But they have routed my concerns to the proper people andseem to be following up so far...

will post what the svc dept that is looking at it tells me...
