Ratings on the people you send for Roadside Assistance

Wondering if you have ratings on the people you send for Roadside Assistance, and if you don't, you should ! the person you sent to us damaged more than he fixed... maybe to the point of driving me...

Just heard from the service guy...
yep,
pump bad so thus far he cost me
$250 for his failure at fixing it.
$450 for the guy that got us back together so we could come home
$800 for a new pump
etc... etc...

let's see how Good Sam handles this...
