Ratings on the people you send for Roadside Assistance

Wondering if you have ratings on the people you send for Roadside Assistance, and if you don't, you should !
the person you sent to us damaged more than he fixed...
maybe to the point of driving me out of my motorhome.

I should have know when he asked if I had any tools !
and when he asked to borrow my voltmeter, I'm like oh no !!!!!!!!!!!!

Then when I call you when he left to send someone that can get me on the road home, you call me a liar and say your 'professional' said I told him to leave and you won't pay for anyone else to come out?

I've still not decided how far I want to go in pursuing this as the rv is now at a repair facility to see how much damage he caused.

For a long time Good Sam was good, and I've had the ESP, roadside, and even rv insurance through you, has that changed ?
