I had a similar experience; Good Sam park listed in the directory, the campground had it listed on their website and even had a large ad in the TL directory with the big red circle and all, even got the discount...but when I went to claim my free night of camping coupon, Good Sam sent it back saying the campground is not a Good Sam park and refused to honor it.
