Just a quick update. I've had a couple of people higher up at NG step up to the plate and help shepherd the process along as well as give me better explanations as to what is causing the process to seemingly drag along. With the holiday week, I recognize that not much may happen until next week, but feel confident I'll have some more solid answers at that point.
