The main reason it has been taking so long is due to the adjusters claiming that the frame is not repairable (by their shop, at least) vs. others indicating that they'll look at repairing it. Also, supposedly waiting for others to actually return phone calls or emails asking if they'll look into repairing it. Typical RV industry behavior, in other words: "we're waiting on xxx to reply/approve/send parts".
