X3. I had same sort of issue with Allstate. They just kept jacking up my rates each year...tried to sell me "accident forgiveness". That what really is comes down to charging you up front for having an accident in case you have one later.

Farmers has some competitive rates. Any experiences out there?
Funny you should ask. That's where I went. After hail storm, the came through and took care of everything. The rates haven't moved. I'm in my third year with them. I'm very happy so far.
